Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Supergrow Digital Private Limited (“we”, “us”), which provides Atlas. By creating an account or using Atlas, you agree to them. If you use Atlas for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

The service

Atlas is an online software service that helps businesses understand their sales, customers and website and suggests ways to grow. We may improve, change or remove features over time. Features marked “coming soon” are not part of the service until they are released.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Owners and admins of a business decide who can access it and with which role.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Atlas.

Your data

You own the data you add or connect, including orders, products, contacts and business details. You give us permission to process it only to provide Atlas to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to share it with us, including any customer details from your store.

AI suggestions

Atlas uses AI models to research and suggest. Suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. They never change your data without your approval, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make with them. Sales figures are calculated from your records, not by AI.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use Atlas for anything unlawful, or to process data you are not allowed to process.
• Don’t attempt to access another business’s data, disrupt the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Don’t resell or copy the service.

Plans, trials and fees

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in Indian rupees. Prices include GST. A free trial lets you use Atlas without payment for the period shown when you sign up. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects you. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Ending your use

You can delete your account or business at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or if required by law. You can export your data before you leave.

Our responsibility

We work to keep Atlas reliable and secure, but it is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or specific business results. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Intellectual property

Atlas, its software and its brand belong to Supergrow Digital Private Limited. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to own it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version on this page. Material changes will be notified in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
