Refund & Cancellation Policy

Atlas is a monthly subscription. This policy explains how trials, cancellations and refunds work.

Free trial

New businesses start with a free trial. You are not charged during the trial.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your business settings or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing month you have paid for, and will not renew after that. You keep access to view and export your data.

Refunds

• Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance and are not refunded for partly used months.
• If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, tell us within 7 days and we will refund the difference in full.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
