Atlas is an online software service. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.

How you receive Atlas

• Access starts as soon as you create your account and verify your email.
• After you choose or change a plan, the change applies to your business immediately.
• Confirmation of your account and of any payment is sent to your registered email address.

If something doesn’t arrive

If you don’t receive a confirmation email or can’t access your plan after paying, email us and we will resolve it within two business days.
